I've worked with the team here on a few occasions. They are great with my car. They're great with me (Autism). They've helped me learn when I ask questions. They're so kind and reasonable when something is an easy fix. Small town feel with a faster turnaround and professional work. Big recommend for you to start here if you're not sure who can help. No pictures, my car is shy.

The team at Ackerman Auto Repair is awesome! They kept me updated throughout the whole process and made everything super easy. What really impressed me was that they found my missing hubcap during a test drive, even though it had gone missing before I dropped my vehicle off. Great service, great communication, and genuinely good people. This is definitely my go-to auto repair shop in Wooster!

The tires were done and balanced very well , checked the alignment which was way out and fixed it. They checked the brakes and let us know the brakes would need replacing soon.

I was able to get in quickly. They fixed the brake problem that day. I also had a window that wouldn't go up. They worked together and got the window to stay up. I was very happy that they made sure my car was safe and drivable.

I ordered tires here and they arrived the next day. I scheduled an appointment and installed very quickly. They said the brakes were worn but didn’t pressure me like it was dangerous to drive the vehicle. I’ll take it back soon for that.

I took it there to get my tires rotated for free since I bought tires there. Also, I have a leak somewhere they did an oil change with die and still don't know for sure where it is. So they are sending me to the Hillcrest location to see if they can figure it out but they are going to charge me again. If they are both Ackerman I don't think that is right.
